Our Story

Panache & Company is the culmination of more than 30 years behind the chair, building salons, educating stylists, mentoring teams and listening to what clients really want from their salon experience.

We're taking everything we've learned about great hair, great service and great salon culture and creating something fresh for Williamsburg.

Because we believe there's always a better way to do beautiful hair.

Why We Do What We Do

Danise has been cutting my hair for several months now. She listens to what I have in mind, or offers suggestions when I don't know what to do. My hair has been transformed into beautiful curls, just from her cutting and styling techniques alone. The best thing is she has taught me how to style my hair at home with good results.
